Great rooms and service. Wifi upgrade in the room was way too expensive. €20/day is excessive.

We had a great relaxing weekend. Centrally located walking distance to all the major sights. Do yourself a favour and allow the concierge team to book a guided city tour for you.
Great views of museum island area from the roof top terrace and some of the rooms.

Beautiful, Romantic, Sexy, Hip.

The Room Service went beyond their service to get me a bottle of 'Saint Geron' when I need to cool down. Since this bottle was not listed on items available but, since I only drink Saint Geron I asked them to have them available for me when I wanted to drink. When I feel sexy and few minutes later I had my wish came true. They made my time in Berlin so much fun.

Love their drink selection, the waiters are extremely professional, really high end. The hotel is very elegant yet modern, worth just sitting near the bar and grabbing a drink, even if your not staying the night..

Overall great experience, just make sure to fork out the bills because it is definitely not cheap.

Gorgeous 5-star premium hotel. Ask about the history (it's a former bank). Wonderful service, very knowledgable concierge that will go out of their way for you. Highly recommended.

I was there for the Afternoon Tea The room was really nice and a pianist played. The Tea was unlimited and really tasteful. They also had some good tasting snacks and in the end there was a Cake buffet.

Great decoration and atmosphere at Christmas. We had visited in the summer for the first time and desided to return. On Both our visit we were not disappointed.
