Not too happy with my stay there, especially when comparing this hotel to other Motel One locations.
First of all, the location is amazing! Everything is in walking distance and public transportation is available.
The rooms are a bit small, but fine.
The AC in our rooms wasn’t working and neither was the fan in the bathroom. Even a quick shower fogged up he whole bathroom which quickly explained the mold in the shower.
The lighting in the room is terrible. It’s all pretty much indirect lighting and feels like it’s been dimmed, yet that’s just how it is.
Our room was in the corner at the far end of the corridor and the WiFi signal was real poor. Could not work on my laptop.
All in all, I am not crazy about this Motel One location and probably won’t return. I guess they do not all have the same quality standardsresponse / report this review -

Good priced stay, very close to Alexander Platz and public transportation. Rooms are small, but tidy. Rooms to the front suffer from noice from the railway in front of the hotel.

It was only ok. Air conditioner didn’t work, room was super small and light was too dim. No vent in the bathroom - so no surprise there was some mold. Location was fantastic though.

Sehr gepflegt. Super Lage 2 Gehminuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt und dennoch ruhig. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett könnte mMn etwas härter sein. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und professionell.

Great value and also a good location for those who want easy access to the tube system. Clean and the staff are very friendly. Has a bar downstairs as well.
