From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out the service was dreadful. Reception staff very rude, our room wasn’t ready for check in until 5.45pm but no apology or anything.
We went to the bar and ordered mulled wine ‘you can’t have that here, only on the top floor’. We went to the seating area for breakfast ‘you can’t sit here, the staff are eating here now’.
We went upstairs for coffee and cake ‘you can’t order food for another 10 minutes. Absolutely laughable.

Soho house Berlin is quite a wierd place. It doesn't feel like being in Berlin at all. Most of the staff don't speak German. The food is really nice and the atmosphere is OK. Just can't get away from the feeling that you're in a bubble where everyone else is top 1%.

A solid house to ad to their portfolio of superb establishments. Exhibiting their usual flair, taste, style and service with a smile.
Drinks and food can often take a long time to arrive if they are busy, waiting for a cocktail on a Sunday afternoon is like waiting for your dealer of a Friday night. But sit back and enjoy the show. You've arrived darling.

I went for a massage at Cowshed. Amazing atmosphere, great staff and a very nice massage. It's a bit on the pricey side though. Plus my girlfriend thought that she didn't quite get the full hour for her facial.

We came from Korea and traveled to Berlin.
Good location, good condition Rooms impressed us. However, when I checked in, the attitude of the Asian female staff was very uncomfortable. She spoke very quickly, unable to understand in English. So I told her to speak slowly. But she looked at us uncomfortably for a few seconds. She racially discriminated us. Soho House is a 5 star hotel, but its staff attitude was below level. I remember it as the worst memory in Berlin.

I like the style and atmosphere is very pleasant ; Friendly and helpful staff; healthy lunch downstairs and taste coffee ; it was just enjoyment to stay in a cozy room . Definitely will choose Soho when I come again to Berlin!

I visited the associated retail shopping and workspace. Very chic. Nice place to chill. A coat and tie or fashionionable attire required.

Very nice room. Very nice facilities. Slightly annoying that the wet room area in spa is mixed nude as I think it's a bit off putting for non-germans. Or maybe more specifically British. Roof top pool is lovely. Restaurants are great.
