Great Hotel. Nice rooms. Breakfast is really great. Different Kind of bread, milk, etc. There is a fitness and spa at the 6th floor.

Solid Hotel. Great location, 5 min walking to Alexanderplatz and all the Museums. Two minutes to the metro. Rooms are modern and clean and you can actually turn off the AC! Restaurant good as well. Great value for your money. Just no four stars because the amazing element wasn't there 😁

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in, with the nicest staff. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing, and it is located close to many tourist attractions, as well as good local places to eat.

As always we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor and yet very quiet.
The only remark, for a small eater the excellent breakfast buffet a bit too expensive. Maybe a different price for a continental breakfast?

Very conveniently located 50m away from the Deutche Telekom conference center , I had a very good stay in this hotel.
Clean room, quiet, good buffet in the morningwhat else is needed?

If you want to be close to museum island at a reduced price, and you are single or a couple, this is a good hotel for you. The breakfast should be avoided as it is very overpriced for what you get, but the restaurant offers good quality food for dinner. There is nothing nearby for children to do or to take them for alternative food, so if you take kids be prepared to walk. The gym is not a gym, it is a few treadmills. The staff are quite friendly and helpful.

The hotel amenities were excellent, but I found staff to just 'do their job and nothing else'. When we asked for local restaurant recommendations, we were recommended the hotel restaurant when we asked for additional tissues to be replaced (twice), they never came.
