Very nice view from the 6th floor, rooms were really nice, spacious and tidy and the breakfast was ok. Special thanks to wonderful room service and soy milk (when asked) on breakfast! The only minus was the temperature in the room which meant freezing when the radiator was off and burning when it was on. The bathroom stayed cold all the time.

The hotel in itself is not too bad and staff is helpful. The reason for the poor review is the mouse I saw running in the lobby and the fact that a cleaning agent walked in on us without knocking on the door.

If this would not bother you then consider it a 3.

Excellent welcoming from Melanie. Goid breakfast. Good commute to the center. In general it was good except for the bed bugs we found. I really suggest you to do something about it. Everything else was nice.

The service is friendly making it a very pleasant experience to spend a few days. Which is backed up by the breakfasts which are good although not exceptional.

Great breakfast buffet! The room was clean, spacious, overlooking Bernauerstrasse, and it incuded a nice bathroom, however wifi connection was weak as we were on 4th floor.

Nice experience en H+Hotel HVD. Clean and modern rooms, a quite complete breakfast and very well connected by tram and subway with AlexanderPlatz and main railway station and others.
