Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location with some lovely restaurants nearby. Breakfast was lovely with a full selection and very well catered for. Room was cosy with a great shower. Would recommend.

First of all, I might have had too high expectations for this hotel.
The online booking system didn't work, and I got the crappiest view ever; the backyard where all I could see was tall buildings that probably were part of the hotel.
And it got worse. You're supposed to feel safe in a hotel, but I didn't feel very safe as my door was opened by another hotel guest who had gotten the key to my room! That been said, that hotel guest was just as surprised as me, and the hotel management called me at once to apologise and they changed door codes etc. But still, it's a pretty huge mistake.
Breakfast was good, but crowded and loud, so I was disappointed as hotel breakfasts are what I like most about living in hotels.
On a brighter side, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the rain shower was magical. It's an OK enough hotel I guess (even though I will not be staying here again.response / report this review -

Went here with a group of 32 students and 3 other teachers. Was absolutely perfect for this purpose. Good breakfast, pretty decent buffet dinner. Rooms clean and nice. The location was perfect, so close to alexanderplatz.

This hotel has good breakfast, friendly staff, with good location and the room had an excellent shower. The bed was also very good to sleep in. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and good restaurants in a walking distance, Block House for example.
However we received a room that was not very clean, there were a lot of spots on the walls in the bathroom, on the mirrors, a coffee stain on the floor, dust on shelfs. We went downstairs to complain and were offered a new room but we just asked them to clean it the day after which they did not do. We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned it as promised. We could have complained more but we were with a group of people who had other stories to tell about their rooms- a broken chair, unable to lock the bathroom, stains on walls and so on.
I don't care about the outdated things as long as it is clean.response / report this review -

Our experience was excellent. It is not luxurious but provides excellent value for money. Staff was professional and helpful. The building is big and modern. The room was modest but clean, quiet and modern. Beds are good. Breakfast was good. Location is good, it's a nice short walk away from Museum Island but there are also good connections by public transport. The theme is a little strange (blue bubbles) but that's about it and it's not substantial.

Everything was perfect the location the stuff, the cleanliness was on a high level. The breakfast was really good and tasty. The wi-fi was really fast and strong. We would definitely come back at H2 if we visit Berlin again.

Room were realy nice but small. Perfect for one person but a bit to small for 2. The employees were really nice and could speak many different languages. The only negative side is that it can be very crowd in the loby area and the breakfast area. Over all one of the better hotels i been so far

Perfect location, rooms, breakfast, staff and other amenities. Even had some food or snacks available around the clock! Couldn't ask for anything more! Everything you need!

There isn't much space in the Standard Comfort room esp. when two adults stay in, but the cleanliness and relaxed to eye interior make up for it. Breakfast can be a bit busy, but staff makes sure there is soon a clean space for your breakfast tray.
The 24-hr snack bar was always stocked with freshly made products and we also made a good use of our 10 Euro voucher received om our claim for 'best price guarantee' since we booked through the hotel website.
Professional service from the reception desk; they keep your luggage after you check out and are always helpful with tourist info.
Room Tip: Pick the rooms overlooking onto the street otherwise you are up for a blunt interior attic view.response / report this review
