The people are great and really helpful aswell as understanding both English and German. The beds are comfortable and have handy built in electrical sockets and USB port and a shelf to put the charging devices on. The food provided is good and there are vending machines if you need a snack or drink (though they are a bit over priced) the bathrooms are good and have a hairdryer and a spacious shower. Unfortunately our soap was empty and not refilled which was a backache.

Had a nice stay here. The walls are a little thin, and so was the mattress. However, everything was uncomplicated and I liked the USB sockets.

Location is very good. Rooms are not huge but are enough to make you comfortable (although I think it should have more power outlets).

Great, contemporary hotel for a great price! Very comfortable rooms! Also great location! We're traveling across Europe as a group of four and the value we got for the price was outstanding! Definitely one of the better hotel experiences we encountered. I will certainly stay here again when I have the chance.

Check-in was incredibly easy. Walk up to the counter and you'll have your keys in hand after 30 seconds. The rooms are very modern and come equipped with easy to use built in lockers that pull out from under the bed. Bathrooms are very clean and the water pressure is incredibly strong. Very great place for a great value. More of a hotel than a hostel.

The Hotel is in a great location, near the city center by walk, around 5 minutes. You can rent overthere bikes to see the city around in a fastest way.
The WI-FI is very good and reachable everywhere in the hotel.
The staff is not nice, we asked questions about bares or restaurants to go around the hotel they answered they didn't know anything in the area. They were allways suspicious of our questions or doubts. Supposely they have the announcements for Europeans Sandmans Tours, however, they do not know much about it.
The room we stayed was never cleaned during the 5 days we were in Berlin, the floor was always full of hairs and dirt. Only the bathroom was cleaned and toilet paper replaced.
The breakfast isn't anything special. We took it one day during our stay and since there was 15min until it end they were rude and started to take everything out from the buffet tables.response / report this review -

It was a really nice place to stay, everyone in the reception was very kind and helpful, and the rooms, bathrooms, and everything it's just like in the pictures, I would definitely book again.

The location is perfect, next to a subway station and walking distance to Alexanderplatz and many major attractions like the museum island. The staff was helpful and nice and the rooms were spacious yet cozy, comfortable beautifully decorated and warm. The wifi was very fast and available everywhere in the hotel. We will be returning soon as both the hotel and the city of Berlin are worth visiting.
