Fantastic staff. Lovely hotel. Rooms big and spotless. If you can stretch your budget try getting a room on 10th floor. You won't regret it.

This is a great hotel, great service and the concierge is amazing! He is very helpful and knowledgeable, and was always willing to help with even the smallest request and went well above and beyond expectations. The lobby bar is pretty inexpensive, but not a huge selection. Rooms we great, always nicely kept and their service was impecable.

Great hotel, large comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast buffet and friendly helpful staff. A nice bar area with plenty choice too should you not want to go out on an evening.

Best hotel in Berlin!
I have stayed in the hotel during my honeymoon trip for three days. They prepared some chocolate and berries in our room with congratulation message! Also every time in hotel was perfect for me and my wife.

The hotel is located near the Berlin's zoo - In my opinion, the best place to stay when you visit Berlin.
It's near the main shopping street and near to the public transportation.
We got a room on the seventh floor with view to the street. The rooms are quite big. The bed is huge, and so is the bathroom. The service was excellent. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty.
The hotel stuff is very polite and willing to serve and assist in everything you ask for.
Definitely gonna stay there next time in Berlin.

Stylish hotel in a great location. We had a club room with lounge access, you get good views of the city from these rooms on the upper floors. The lounge is fairly small but the included continental breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection and high quality. The room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed.

Elegant location close to Tegel airport, I sent one night in preparation of a professional event. We user the conference facilities to prepare our presentation, and the meeting room was well clean and fully efficient. My room at the 8th floor was large and conveniently arranged, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. From the window, I could see the Hotels near the zoo. Very silent at night, I met very kind personnel. The only small issue was a long queue in the morning for the breakfast, but excellently managed by the lady at the desk. Excellent choice of Food for breakfast. Decent choice of spirits at the bar in the evening.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable beds, everything clean, nice staff.
Also the location is good. It is right next to Ku'damm, a popular and busy street with many stores. Close to public transport.
The attached bar and restaurant are also top.
