Don't feel persuaded to book a stay you'll regret. I think the reviews speak for themselves. Stayed there and front of house staff were unprofessional, lacking decent manners and professionalism first impressions count! Got to the hotel room and key cards didn't work so had to get those sorted. Wanted a cuppa tea and discovered no kettle in our room. Had to go out and buy one. Furthermore Internet totally unrelible as it kept cutting out, royalty was lacking cleanliness in shower and floor throughout didn't feel very secure and you can hear other guests. We most certainly won't be staying here again and rather at a hotel that has just welcoming and professional staff I think would have made it all the time better. Save your sanity and go elsewhere. Mecure hotels are fab and good prices

They did a mistake with my reservation, apparently someone signed on my own credentials and they gave him the room !!! It's absolutely absurd.
The location is quite nice but the room I ended up having as a compensation was super cold !! And they couldn't do anything about it except more blankets !!! I hated the service and the unprofessional staff !!!

Modern and contemporary hotel and hostel. The location is perfect with the main train station and all S & U-bahn and bus connections, literally right across the street. The rooms are affordable and this place is very popular on weekends.

This is the best hotel I've ever been so far. I had another hostel when I arrived at Berlin, but that one was horrible so I changed after stayed there for one night, even I was supposed to stay there for 3 nights more (already paid). I'm so glad of having changed my hotel because of this amazing place my experience in Berlin could be such wonderful.
Very nice stuff, close to the importan metro station, there is a big supermarket just 5 min by walking (which is quite hard to find in Berlin), I was in the backpacker area, the room is big although we were 6 people, at the mean time there are very small details that make me be so comfortable. And the shared bathroom is great too. Another amazing part is that there is a small but well equipped kitchen with laundry machine too.
100% recommended.

Great hotel with great staff
I stayed in the hostel, in a mixed room, made friends very easily.
Breakfast was a typical European one and was adequate.
Location is great, with ample bus and train connections.

Clean and affordable hotel. Perfect if you're light travelling for a couple of nights. Friendly staff in reception, quiet at night and near the train station.

Excellent hotel, everything you could want from a cheap stay. Extremely clean, staff are very helpful and the rooms are excellent for the price. Would highly recommend. 👍

Stayed in their hostel. Facilities are clean. Staff is accomodating. Location is convenient as it's right next to the train. My only wish is that their pillows didn't sink when I'd rest my head on it - but maybe that's just me.

A very cool and sophisticated hotel. The rooms are of a top standard. Even the hostel dormitory section is of a highly luxurious specification. And pizza vending machines ensure that you are never hungry.
The bar is trendy, and there is a cool bar man who is on every Monday and Thursday night (the nights he served me); he is always lively and dancing to tunes, yet he is spot on in terms of customer service. A character to behold and treasure; the bar industry could do with a few more like himself!! I am planning to visit again, and I will be bringing friends this time!! Near all that is cool and trendy for nights out and shopping too!!
