Amazing staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable bed. Location are great. Amazing hotel for anyone who willing for quite place in crowded city

For the money, this is a great option near the Zoologische Garten. You may find nicer hotels in the area, but you will pay 2-3 times as much. and who wants to hang out in the room when you are in Berlin? I agree that the facility could use an update, but I feel the value/location of this hotel is great.

Very nice hotel. Very good location for visiting the city. We only had breakfast and it was very good! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean.

Very low value for the money paid. All the hotel has to be refurbished. Old carpets, holes in the ceiling. Generally the room is not ok. Breakfast, location and the staff were more than Google.

Room was clean and big enough. Hotel generally looks a bit run down and could do with some redecorating. Wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast but plenty on offer. Staff helpful and hotel perfectly located for a visit to the zoo. Not hotel's fault but other guests talking loudly in corridor one night, literally sounded like they were in my room. Air con didn't seem to work, room was hot at night despite radiator being off

Nice location within 5 minutes walk of the metro station. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Nice well stocked bar with cosy seating area. Breakfast choice excellent. Rooms just on the small side but 5 stars because of the efforts of the staff.response / report this review -

Hotel was fine. Rooms were okay although there were some marks on the wall which needed touching up. My girlfriend had make up stolen from our room by the cleaners. We reported this to reception (who didn't seem shocked by this) and were offered a drink at the bar (the make cost over €100). We were told the insurance copmany would contact us but have not not heard from them. We have emailed the hotel twice and still have not received a reply. I would not recommend leaving anything of value in your room for your stay.

The location is best. Breakfast is good, Some staff is very kindly, but that's everything
room cleaning is not good but better than noise. when I was in there about one week, I don't need any alarm because there was a terrible noise for remodeling(?) was from 8am till afternoon without only weekend. I asked and changed the room but there was nothing to change, still too much loud, even I recorded the noise to let them hear but they told me just "it can't be helpful". I couldn't understand their attitude. Everyday morning I had to wake up against my will. I regret to stay at this hotel, I couldn't be relaxed, just be remained horrible experience.response / report this review -

Beyond my expectations! Nice staff, amazing food at the restaurant at the evening, Breakfast has many options, even different kinds of cheese. Don't think of it as a fancy buffet but for it's price worth it.
Even got a free upgrade for my birthday! Just dare to ask ;)
