Had an amazing stay here. Our room was spacious and clean. Great location on the main shopping road in Berlin. Walking distance from many shops, eateries and public transport as well.

Reasonable place, nice hotel rooms. Breakfast and restaurant are fine as well. Overall fair value for money.

The room is great. Clean, tidy, well stocked with toothbrush and tooth paste, shaving kit, shampoo etc. The room was also very well furnished for a place to work, and sit and read. Personal issue is that the table is made of glass and as such my optical mouse did not work well but there is a black matt which works perfectly. The breakfast buffet is great and shows lots of variety. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. My only issue: when checking in the reception was manned by 4 staff, and 7 people were there before me (4 being checked in, 3 waiting, then me). It took 15 minutes for me to check in. To be fair there was an issue with one guest. But the process should be streamlined a bit. Check in should not take this long. My stay was very nice however. I would definetly recommed.

In the heart of Berlin, just a few walking minutes from Bahnhof Zoo or KaDeWe. The hotel is modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair for this nice place. The breakfast buffet is really great too.

The staff, the location, the breakfast - probably the best in Berlin! High ceilings in rooms and overall airy feeling. We had a triple room and it was big I must say! Pleasant surprise were cook top and a microwave. Next time in Berlin I will stay at H10 again.
Minuses-
Parking under the hotel was full when we arrived so had to park at the opposite side of the street at rather gloomy place. Not a fault of the hotel though. May be provide a parking reservation in future?
