Old hotel but it takes you back to the history when Berlin was key place for the cold war between Soviet Union and USA. Also great place to quickly jump in the Metro and get anywhere in quick time. Each Airport about 30 minutes reachable easyly.

Everything was great accept the staircase. Quite difficult for elderly & those who bring big luggage.

Excellent location, near to the HOP ON HOP OFF points, restaurants, market places. Friendly & helpful staffs. Satisfactory services received at an affordable price.

The location was amazing as it was right in the center. The room was very clean and tidy. Everything worked as expected. Very spacious rooms. All the staff were very friendly providing extra service. Overall an amazing service

The hotel is terrible, i don't recommend you at all. The stuff was liar, plus they counted extra money for cleaning, and i had to pay it. It was more than the cost of three night. Internet was horrible, it was really slow and limited. This hotel sucked all my money and i did not even feel good myself. I love travelling, BUT because of this, i had the worst travel experience ever, they made my holiday unpleasant. I gave one star only because i cannot give minus star. Please do not come here if you want to save your money and keep your nervous system healthy.

Personal behavior was bad against us
Cleaning was poor
Free wifi wasn't free it had 600 mb limit.If you pass 600 mb you have to pay 7 €
They wanted 150€ more from us for cleaning
They took our money when there was no such rule when you dirty the room they take your money and like this.
If you do mistake that will cost till your last cent in this hotelresponse / report this review
