If this is a star hotel then I'll eat my hat. ZERO stars from me.
VERY old rooms. Smelly stained carpet. Tiny bathroom. Over heated with no aircon.
Surly staff. Bar staff helpful. We're expected to pay for tea/ coffee for room. Had to provide our own tea and coffee for the kettle.
Fan too dusty to use. Chair broken. Curtains don't cover window so next door hotel neon lights room all night.
The only thing going for this place is its location. Breakfast good. Earned the star.
Will never stay here again.
Poor value for money.

Just checked into Savoy Frankfurt. Filthy stained carpets, minimal toiletries, surly reception staff, key did not open my door, room hard to find, window opens onto a ledge littered with cigarette butts and beer bottles, small room with single bed pushed against the wall, one measly pillow, thin towel (singular), no air con control. in fact the actual is nothing like the promise. A terrible way to spend our last night of the trip.
Hoping tomorrow's breakfast is decent.response / report this review -

Rooms are clean but you can feel and the age of their interior. Shower can only be used by small persons with comfort.

Location is very good and accessible to the train station as well as all the bars and restaurants you can think of. Reception was okay quite quiet and a bit dated but for the price you can expect this. Our room had everything we needed and again it's a bit dated and we found the fact that the rooms have shutters a bit weird. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Can't comment on the food as we decided to eat out for our meals. Can recommend if you need a cheap room that is easily accessible.

This place has a lot of style and has aged well. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. It can get a bit hot in Summer though and the excellent location just opposite the main trainstation means opening a window makes for quite a bit of city noise. Like stated the location is awesome with access to all public transport just outside the door and the old city at walking distance. The rates are extremely generous too making this amazing value for money. Would stay here every time I am in this city.

Very nice hotel for an incredible price! They treated us soo well! There was a pool and a sauna. And free fruit at reception. Wifi worked well and we got free city maps. A mini fridge in the room. A block away from the trainstation and close enough to walk to the city center. No complaints about this hotel.

small bar at the entrance, very comfortable seating inside and outside the hotel, good for skiping some minutes if you are near Frankfurt central station.

Location was right next to the Frankfurt Central Station so it was ideally located. Rooms were very nice for the price and gave free drinks in the fridge, which I've never seen before and thought was awesome. Gym and pool are small but nice. Overly great room for the price!
