This is a 3 stars hotel.
If I rate it as a 3 stars hotel, I'd give it the max.
The rooms are clean, the WC is just fine and it has everything I needed for resting.
We came to this hotel to rest at nights and eat breakfast.
The breakfast is not as rich as a 5 stars hotels but it was more than enough for us.
The crew is nice and very welcoming.
The only thing is that we ordered the rooms (two rooms for 4 people) 3 months in advanced and when we arrived they said that they have only 1 room for two and two rooms for 1 man.
They offered a reward and we accepted. Even this "incidence" came with a smile and good attitude.response / report this review -

City centre close to everything but noisy tram seems to go all night long if you have room on street side. If sharing 3 or more make sure to ask for a proper bed as you will more than likely be given a fold up.staff friendly

Good location between the main train station and the old city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, simple and quiet rooms with basic amenities and free WiFi for a really fair price. I can recommend staying here if you're on a budget.
