Overall, the Adina was a wonderful place to stay. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. I would give 5 stars if not for a few minor issues; a cabinet door with a hinge pulling out, dust on the bathroom counter, and a steak knife so dull that it almost wouldn't cut a steak. The staff were friendly, the location is convenient, and the view is amazing.

Rooms are large and comfy and the view excellent. However, there were some problems which made me only so-so happy about the experience.
First, in your apartment you will find plenty of food and a price list. The prices can only be described as exorbitant. Normally at four-star hotels you can at least make yourself a tee for free. Here this was not the case.
Secondly, there was so soap/ shampoo in the shower (there was a bottle, but for some reason it wouldn't work).
Thirdly, although my room was booked and paid for including breakfast, I didn't get a breakfast coupon. It was only during the breakfast, when I was chased by the lady controlling the guests, that I discovered I should have gotten one. A lot of stress in the early morning.
The food wasn't that good either. I tried a soup which would be great but the cook decided to add some popcorn to it, which tasted out of place?
Apart from that, the hotel blocks 50 EUR from your credit card and only returns it after controlling the apartment. I avoid staying in hotels that to that, find it unreasonable to suspect guests of stealing.response / report this review -

Good quality apartments (bigger ones from floor 10 upwards). Friendly staff, casual restaurant. Parking is available underneath.

The location of the hotel is very good near the Opera and the city center. I've stayed in an self service apartment with a kitchen and a living room. The bed was excellent. The breakfast is very nice and the employees are very friendly.

It's a nice four star hotel. Prices seem to be too high in relation to staffing also in comparison to other hotels in Frankfurt. Nevertheless the staff you can find is very helpful and supporting. Wellness area during our time had no sauna working and no towels on two days. Bed and rooms are nice, parking in the garage availabe against cash.

Super clean Hotel for Messe Frankfurt.. in room facilities are excellent, with small kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.Rooms are quite spacious.

Good with kitchen, my friends and I can cook within the room. Staff is nice with smile. Rooms is large and clean. Location is not very close to the main station but it's easy to be found and free wifi also stable that can online easily.

Superb experience. Stylish, clean and new with excellent staff & facilities. Upgraded us on arrival for no reason and went out of their way to ensure our stay was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly good / excellent hotel. Spacious rooms with separate sleeping and living room. No cleaning issues. The team at Adina is trained very well. The only thing that is maybe dissatisfying is the breakfast especially when you have to leave early in the morning!
