    Very kind reception and staff.
    Nice room.
    Hygene is excellent.
Breakfast is good and vers covid-safe as they pack everything separately.
Worth to visit again, because we liked the hospitality very much.

Most beautiful views of the mountains! Great breakfast daily. I would have given this 5 stars but we were there during a massive heat wave and there is no air conditioning here.

The Rheinischer Hof was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff went out of their way to always accommodate us. The breakfast every morning was robust and fresh. The dinner we had on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve was some of the most hospitable dining experiences I have ever had. If I ever find myself back In Garmisch again this is where I will be staying.

Hotel staff and accommodations were amazing, the hotel is clean, and staff is beyond friendly. As we stayed over Christmas and the hotel and staff couldn’t be more welcoming. The Christmas Eve dinner and all food selections were impeccable.

Hotel staff made this place delightful. They had insight for every question we had and recommendations for food and rec. The room was very nice! You get a tablet in your room which connects you to local fares and in-room services. Also, this place is within walking distance to the main shopping center and restaurant strip. We would stay here again.

You will not be disappointed at this wonderful establishment. Everything about our stay was perfection - from its location to their staff to their rooms - it was all an incredible experience. We will be back during our next European adventure!

We were 8 people 4 adults and 4 children. We had 4 in each room and still there was ample room to get around, and the beds had enough pillows and was very comfortable. We loved the breakfast and the fresh pressed orange juice. The short walk to the restaurant and old town was quick enough and we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant greatly. The staff was very friendly!!!

Loved the free breakfast with lovely options. And the bathtub was wonderful. Rooms are small but very comfortable for 2 people with sitting area as a bonus. Parking is tight. I will come again to the restaurant just for breakfast loved the muesli options.

Excellent hotel and outstanding value; they have thought of every convenience, and the rooms are spacious and really well laid out. I sometimes wonder, when traveling, whether hotel proprietors have ever spent a night in their own rooms (if they had, surely they'd change some things)--well, it seems the people who run the Rheinischer Hoff actually have stayed in their rooms and have carefully considered how to make them livable and comfortable.

If you're staying more than a night, there is ample cabinet and closet space to unpack; built-in areas to lay your suitcase; work room and lots of surface counter room, so you don't have to pile everything onto a small space. The bathrooms are spacious and have everything, from magnifying mirror to full-sized blow dryer, even down to packaged wet wipes.

The bed is comfortable and spacious, ditto the balconies, and there's plenty of room to move around the room.

The hotel restaurant was excellent; we had a "half pension" with breakfast and dinner. If you're used to American-style included breakfasts, you'll be amazed at the scope of this breakfast. Dinners are multi-course and offer several choices.

There's a roomy courtyard with outdoor tables where you can sit and read a book or order a drink and enjoy the sun. There's a pool and a sauna, and the hotel booking comes with free bus tickets for your party, allowing you to move around the city easily.

The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful.

The only small consideration when booking this hotel is that the sides of the tub, at least in our room, were high. I'm a healthy but short 60-year-old, and had to really step carefully to get over it getting in and out of the tub. If mobility is an issue, you may want to inquire, when reserving, whether the hotel has other bathroom configurations.

Amazing value for the price; highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel about 1km from the town center. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a nice balcony looking out at the mountains. The restaurant was splendid, one of the best meals we've had in Germany! The staff was gracious and extremely helpful. Special thanks to John for our ice bucket!

A fantastic hotel with friendly staff that are always willing to help. Rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably comfortable. Very family friendly. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocers, and pubic transit. I've stayed at this hotel twice now and hope to be back for a third time.

Nice hotel. Reception was friendly and very helpful. Stay was overall very good. Room 28 is above the front door. You can hear every time the front door opens because it squeaks. Breakfast was traditional German fare. Very helpful in booking reservations for dinner

We had a wonderful stay on our winter vacation. The hotel staff was friendly and always helpful with suggestions for restaurants, activities, and giving directions. The room we stayed in was comfortable and a nice size, and the view of the Alps was wonderful! The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh (one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in a hotel!). We look forward to coming back on our next trip to Garmisch.
