  Had a good sized room with balcony. Enjoyed the sauna and breakfast. Was there during the closed season so adjacent much was closed, but Garmisch-Partenkirchen was close by. Would recommend, but be self sufficient in closed season.

  Rooms are not clean, very old. Receiptionest is not welcoming at all. Stayed one night and will never come again.

  Stay elsewhere in Grainau. Old furnishings, rooms dark, not clean and no mountain views as advertised. Unhelpful staff and we were charged 60 euros for a mediocre breakfast we had been told was included in our room price. Not worth the money.

  Pretty good. First German hotel. Rooms were kind of small and the bathroom doors didn't lock.

  Really happy with the hotel, rooms are big, clean and really warm. The view is wonderful and in the restaurant they serve great food for a fair price. The breakfast is good as well. The hotel is close to all major ski areas. To be honest i would rate this hotel 5 stars. Nothing to complain. Only the elevator is small but hey who cares..

  Mattresses were nice, but the pillows were really soft - too soft. Near main road. Average brunch. Friendly staff.
