Good hotel, with typical food of the region. All the are Austrian style.
Some of the personell should be more flexible
The rooms are clean and spacious.Breakfast is good. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. However the service needs improvement.
This hotel doesn't deserve 4-stars rating. One of the worst hotels in my life.
* Friendliness of reception staff is zero.
* If your child is 12 yrs old, you have to pay additional adult's fee, nearly 50 euros. Zero tolerance on this.
* You have no way of controlling room temperature. No air conditioning.
* You have to request a bathrobe if you want, but you have to return it to the reception when you check out. If not, you'll be charged. In the precious bathrobe, I found three long unknown woman's hairs.
* If you want a slipper, you have to pay.
* Sudden blackout at night. Then, a staff came to our floor and told this is a fault of some guests. Never say 'sorry' first.
* Old and worn out everything. Broken mirror. Water drain clogged.
Very expected, but fully disappointed. And I paid 222 euros per night. So sad.
It was a wonderful hotel. It had great food for both breakfast and dinner and amazing rooms
Great hotel, location is good. Nice pool and sauna. Love staying here.
The staff have been wonderful! This is a great hotel with a full wellness center and great restarant. Everyone spoke both German and English, and were accomodating to all of our needs. The rooms are simple and clean, but what more do you need with the public rooms so elegant? This has been a great trip with Mercure!
Wonderful place to stay, love the mountains all round.
Don't mind the dated rooms but some staff were impossible, unfriendly bordering on rude. Regread
Staff was nice and friendly. That's all positive about this place. Very old building. Stinky rooms. Old sauna. Everything requires renovation and cleaning. Slow Internet. Breakfast is not at the 4 stars hotel level. Room 129 has horrible view on the roof. This is not 4 stars hotel. Overall very disappointing.
