Good massage but bad circumstances. Some troubles with their washing service made them bring out the old and worn robes. Almost ridiculous, holes everywhere on them

I enjoyed this Hilton. It was in a great location in downtown Berlin. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very well designed and the rooms were great!
I highly recommend the Hilton Berlin.

Hotel location is fantastic, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast buffet. Spa was the only disappointment, it was pretty chilly and most of the activities are payable unless you've got a lot of Hilton frequent guest points.

A great location, rooms are very nice. The breakfast is great, just what you'd expect from a European Hilton. They no longer allow Gold members into the Executive Lounge here - time to get my stays back up again!

Room service list mineral water 8.90€, i mean come on? Thats a steak dinner in Prague. However - Staff at checking desk great and very professional, all good and professional. Secure parking excellent. Worth staying again..

This is a wonderful hotel with great service and hospitality. The executive lounge served great breakfast every morning. We were treated like valued guest during our whole stay. Highly recommended to any travelers staying in Berlin.

Good big city Hilton right by the delicious chocolate shop. Very convenient for U2 line (literally right outside the entrance) and centrally located to much else.

Really kind of disappointing. The hotel is gorgeous and the location is great.

The staff were not really helpful and I had multiple mini bar surprises on my final bill and we never ate or drank anythingwho knows what that was about. Just a nice little hassle on checking out. I gave up because the agent was so clueless and not helpful.

BedsI think the floor would be more comfortable. I'm not sure when a hard bed ever became a good ideathey only make you toss and turn all night. These beds are awful.

Room temperature..If it was 0 degrees out I'm sure it would be nice. I could never cool our room off and never received any help when calling the amazing customer help line! It was amazing how much I could sweat after a showerthe room was an absolute sauna.

Not a good experience especially for what they are charging. The Westin across the street is much much nicer and has that great heavenly bed!
