Nice hotel, staff were friendly and had absolutely no issues. Location is about a 15 minute cab into central Munich or about the same by metro which is cheap, reliable and easy for a foreigner to understand. We didn't eat here at all and the time we wanted to use the bar it was closed so can't comment on those but overall a pleasant stay.

From the room nothing is stolen during our stay. Staff is polite. The rooms are clean and fully furnished. The furniture is not broken. Thanks for the rest. I will recommend to friends! Good Luck!

This was our third time staying in this hotel. We'll come back again and again because the hotel and the staff are committed to a good customer service, very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is outstanding. The price in relation to the service provided is fair and justified. The location to the underground (only a few stops to the city centre) as well as close proximity to small supermarkets and restaurants/pubs (try the Heimgarten across the road als well as Antons) makes this hotel an ideal location for business as well as pleasure. The idea of having a closed-off mini kitchen in the room with fridge, kettle, sink, small cooking plates etc. is an added bonus. We'll definitely will be back again to the Leonardo Residenz!

Leonardo is a well located hotel (close to subway, supermarket, drugstores, car rentals..) good for couples and small families.
The rooms are small and ""old age". If you have problems with noise maybe you will not can sleep well.
The breakfast is really good with good quality food.
We could see the team efforts to keep the common areas clean.

I stay here whenever in Munich as it is a reasonably priced hotel, convenient for my business and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.
This time I noticed that my bathroom had been renovated to a good standard (although the “old” bathrooms are just fine too).
The room is spacious and clean and has a small balcony, the bed is comfortable and the coffee making facilities are useful when I have an early start.
The hotel is also extremely convenient for the UBahn that connects to the train to the airport, about a 1 hour trip for about €11.response / report this review -

Cozy rooms in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and offer a kitchen! However, the hotel offers limited Wi-Fi access, but you can pay some amount of money to upgrade the Wi-Fi. Close to the underground station (about 5 mins walk). There are 2 convenient stores and a pharmacy around the hotel area.

Stayed here for four nights in middle of December, 2016, while visiting my Mom in nearby nursing home. Very comfortable room with plenty of storage space and a safe for your valuables. The room had a balcony so one could go outside and enjoy some rare sunlight (in December). Breakfast was excellent with overwhelming choices. The proximity to U-bahn and local grocery store was a big plus. Also the area is very quiet. Staff is excellent and very prompt when answering requests. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Very close to metro stop so despite not being in the middle of city center very easy to get around. Being a bit off from center also keeps their rate a little lower too! Very nice staff that's willing to help you navigate your adventure of the day.

Awesome place. The triple bedrooms were great for our group of 9. Easy walk to the subway. Would stay here again. The steam shower was nice.
