Poor service (and seemed understaffed) but affordable. Get what you pay for.

Stay away!!! Worst hotel expirence in 25 years!!! Firstly dial up internet in year 1993 is faster than the wifi at this hotel. 28 minutes and Internet page did not load.worst is that your privacy is not a priority at this hotel. Left the “ do not disturb sign on door handle,” came back tv was off( even though I left it on) and cleaning staff moved our personal items around. This is unreal! Furthermore in our second room we requested room service. Cleaning staff apparently “cleaned” te room but open and left both windows wide open all day and room was freezing cold!! Not to mention security risk of unknowingly having both windows open! Shower had black mold spots on tile grout. Breakfast buffet did not get refilled. Approached staff to complain and gave a $20 discount for entire stay. $20 that’s it and your privacy and security was compromised! Lastly some of the rooms smelled very bad of smoke. Great location but poorly poorly managed place!

Only 1 star, sorry. Long black hairs on ground of the shower and fungus at the wall. Footnails and other dirt visible on the floorbroken tv-set and a safe „to go“. When confronted with the topics, the receptionist shrugged with the shoulders and said „Cant do anything right now“ (He didnt even clean up, or ordered others to do so!?). Me? Speechless!

Decent for what it's worth. Could be better but definitely not th worst. Pretty convenient to get to the city by tram or subway. Nice staff, pretty clean rooms.

Simple, but elegant and decently priced. Friendly staff, clean rooms and only a short walk to the nearest s-bahn, which can take you to the city centre in only a few minutes. Would definately recommend if you don't mind sharing your bathroom with others on your floor

Good hotel for the cost. Near to S bahn which is a plus. Nearby good restaurants. Nice people. Good breakfast which is included in the hotel cost. Except for occasional noise and creaky floor, a good budget option. Definitely recommended !!!

The room was to small for 3 persons. Somebody tried to open the room with a general key. The room door did not close well. Loud noises in the neighbours room at night. The breakfast had some options but was not fresh. The TV remote control did not work. The price did not worth for this level.

Affordable prices. Decent connection to city. Free parking in the neighbourhood with a pass from the hotel. They were remodeling when during my stay so it's difficult to say how it could be.

Nice staff however, there was no warning that there would be extensive renovations during our stay. This was rather unpleasant. They did decrease the price once we brought this up though, which was appreciated.
