Room looked clean. I had some issues getting back from the Garage as my card was not loaded with the rights to open the door and the Bell was not working. The coffee in the morning was good and the staff was friendly. I reserved a parking spot in advance by mail and got it confirmed, when I arrived there they said you can go down and see if there is still a free spot and I was lucky to get the last one but my reservation was not recorded so would have been without parking spot if I would have arrived some hours later.

I had a comfortable and clean room. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous. The breakfast had a good mix of options including meats, cheeses, and hot items.

There is a tram immediately outside the hotel which goes to the main train station or toward the Nymphenburg palace in the other direction.

A great home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean and offer a small kitchenette with all you need. An easy 5min walk to Netto supermarket as well. It's situated quite central not far from Circus Krone and the Augustina Keller beer garden which is amazing. Friendly staff. My only downfalls are the annoying pillows and the breakfast is pretty average. All in all a great place to stay. Also has a fold out couch!

There are a few reasons why this is a 3 star: The parking was full when we arrived so we had to park out back. We left our room at 11am and so we missed room service the first day. They didn't provide shampoo or conditioner. The WiFi is useless, slower than my 2g coverage. They only gave us a half blanket for two people (all other hotels have provided one blanket per person because they are meant for one person in size). Good location and reasonable price otherwise. There is a streetcar stop just outside the entrance for public transit.

Wonderful location in the heart of Munich. It's just a quick street train ride from the main train station where you can get to every location in Munich. The rooms are very nice and clean and contain a small kitchen where you can cook a nice meal.

A mix of good and bad. The guest service was exceptional. Everyone was pleasant, easy to work with, and was helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room and the check in and out process was smooth. The room was nice but not as modern looking as the pictures. The couch was old, the microwave had gunk in it. But the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, I would go back based on the customer service but wouldn't expect to be blown away by the room.
