Generally nice, up-to-date hotel. Beds hard as a board though. And maybe I was just unlucky, but the staff made many mistakes during my visit (checked me into a room that want yet cleaned, told me I had no breakfast included when I did causing me to skip breakfast for days, general delays, etc) Could've been a better stay, but not a bad place overall.

Modern and Chic Hotel with friendly staff! We spent a few days here on honeymoon travel and loved this hotel! The staff treated us kindly and we would definitely return!

First time in this hotel.
Would definitely recommend it, the rooms are
Nice and big,wooden floors,walk in shower room
Separate toilet. Big beds,padded headboard.
Just very nice.
The breakfast is amazing,a choice of everything for everyone. And lots of it
As many times as you want. Excellent choice.
If I was ever to come back to Munich

A great hotel. Room and common areas were clean, good freebies provided in room, friendly English speaking staff. The breakfast was great. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was outstanding. We were on a floor with some very noisy families, but the rooms are very well sound proofed so the only time we knew was when we were in the corridor. Only thing is it is perhaps not the best location.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The room was fantastic and the staff was impeccable! The breakfast was good and had a very wide selection. Unfortunately I was not not able to visit the sauna, due to time constraints, but I heard only good things. The bathroom was generously spaced and very elegant! I absolutely plan to use this hotel again in future.

Room, great.
Reception staff, 3 at the desk at all times, absolutely useless, number of issues.
Restaurant, nice food but service extremely slow as 1 member of staff (really nice and helpful) covers the bar, food, cleans tables, runs the whole place on his own while 3 people stand at reception chatting about their weekend. Same situation over a number of days.
Wi-Fi, pretty poor. Don't expect to stream HD movies.
