Excellent and trendy hotel. Hyatt never disappoints really. Nothing to complaint except that the location is 15-20 min away from the “city centre” But the trade off is you get nice river view. Will come again.

It is modern, clean, upbeat hotel located conveniently in the center of Dusseldorf. Besides that hotel is beautiful, service is top notch. Staff is always eager to help and truly cares about your stay. If you are looking for hotel in/around Dusseldorf area this hotel is a must.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the redevelopment of this area is very cool. Sadly, half the rooms face directly across a narrow breezeway directly into the side of an office building where you can see office workers' facial expressions from your bed. The architect also put the blinds between two layers of window. They are pretty much impossible to clean and so you have layers of dust and cobwebs to look through to see any view you might have. I can't fault the hotel staff at all -- the architect did them a disservice.

We were there over the weekend. Great location and amenities. Some of the staff however - particularly at the reception - did not make us feel welcome at all. Every request, be it the crib for our baby boy we already ordered at the time of booking or be it a bottle of water from room service to be served in the lobby while the bar was closed, seemed to be too much to ask. Rather than meeting even the simplest requests with the can-do attitude you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, they were instead answered with a sense of rejection, repeatedly leaving us with the sincere impression that some of the staff felt slightly bothered by the presence of their guests and by their never ending string of requests. This really impact our stay very negatively and we cannot recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf.

Excellent Hyatt. Modern rooms, great service. Grand Club breakfast is nice and great views. Certainly one of the top Hyatt Regencies out there. Location also great near Harbor, with lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity.
