If you are looking for a place near Düsseldorf then look no further. This is built-for-hotel establishment. Rooms and facilities are above the size and standards of Europe. Price if you book in advance is very reasonable. There is all season heated indoor swimming pool. A lobby with restaurant. Parking across the street is free. Nearby there is a shopping mall connected with a train station where you can be in Düsseldorf within minutes so no need to take your car..

Clean, good service, located well for quick public transport to the dusseldorf Christmas market. Breakfast was fabulous with honey straight from the comb.

Very nice hotel, all staff members were very kind. The room and the hotel in general were cleaned very thouroughly. Not the most luxurious, but after all very good for its price and the provide all that is needed!

Great hotel, high standard, good localization. Nice and clean rooms, grat restaurant and bar. I can recommend this one, especially as a place to stay in on a business trip.

Unfortunately - and this does not happen often - our experience at this hotel was sub par. First, the good: the staff was amazing. Very courteous and respectful, which is why I'm giving this two stars. Now the bad. In addition to the fact that the pillows were super uncomfortable, there was no fridge or iron in the room that is standard in all the hotels we stay at. We couldn't store any left overs. When we did receive the iron upon asking house keeping, it was so cheap, it didn't even do the job. At night, some weird miniscule insects crawled on the bathroom floor. Quite disconcerting, but we lived with it because we only stayed two days. For the rating that this hotel has, it doesn't live up to our expectations. I'm guessing our experience was isolated and there may be other rooms that were better serviced, so it was sad for us.

Tolles Hotel, personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Reagiert sofort wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Zimmer sind sauber. Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn aus dem 14. Stock. Alles in allem ein First class Hotel

I stay at the hotel attending business conferences at least once every year. I can only say I have always felt like being at home. Personal attention and spacious rooms including expresso amenities. I will keep visiting it.

Perfect for a business trip or week-end stay-over! Rooms are well-sized, confortable and furnished and decorated with taste! Staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is not located on the direct city center but very well-connected! Recommended!

Been here a dozen times. Nice walks by the river just outside of the entrance. Friendly staff and good breakfasts.
