Clean, great location right next to the main train station! Would stay again.

Next to the railway station. Slightly dated rooms, but clean and well presented. Breakfast had a nice range.

Outdated rooms, windows (you hear every noise from the street) and furniture. Internet is almost impossible to use (takes minutes to load one simple web page).

Dear Wydham management,
I booked a room during Anuga and you can be sure that I will never book this hotel again.
First of all, it is not fair when you charge (in advance) very high price but give a 2* standard room which was very disappointing. ( I mean the quality, such prices well known !)Even some small hotels you find better room with better conditions.
The "superior room" was very old and used up.The bathroom was very small for a 4* hotel and really used up and smelling awful. The beds totally uncomfortable and small and old too. Walls are dirty with holes, No Minibar etc.etc. no need to write all details since these are well known at your side. Just for info, I have asked to change the room it was not possible. By the way my booking was according the fotos ! and information on your web page.!
I booked for two days but didn't want to stay longer and left after one day.
To be honest, It must be very embarrassing for your very friendly front desk staf facing customers like myself.
One last point, I have quite long experience in hotel life and business, so answers normally send to customers is not necessary for me. I know meant things never change ! But I will make sure that my rating will help some people.

Utilitarian room with thick walls! Very good acess to trainsand some of their noise. Absolutely wonderful breakfast.

Hotel rooms are clean and large enough. Nearest the Köln train station and Köln Dom.

We had some of our Artists booked there and didn't sleep at the place ourselves. Our guests however had only good things to say. They said it was really tidy and the hygiene was on a really high standard just like the overall customer service.
