Great hotel. Small things to say against. It uses carpet but it is very clean. You can't connect you laptop to the TV. Bath towels are a little small. But one of the best hotels I've been in Düsseldorf.

Easy to find and park in underground car park. Nice rooms but mattresses a little hard for my preference. Great burger in the restaurant. Breakfast ok but not told where anything was when I arrived and not offered coffee until I had finished. Check out quick and easy.

Clean, comfortable and efficient hotel. Easy access to and from the airport with a tram and underground stations right outside. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Great location next to a lovely park that is next to the centre of the city. Rooms adequately sized, nice bathroom, but windows need cleaning on outside.

The rooms and decor are beautiful, with an amazing view. The price unfortunately I can't speak for as I didn't pay in this visit. However what really let's this place down is the appalling service. Whilst some of the staff are perfectly fine, the reception in particular is curt, unhelpful and often verging in rude.

They lost my room service request, then when I called to ask about it they begrudgingly said they could send one my way. I told them what I'd requested but received just a bread roll. The rooms didn't have black out curtains as the site suggested, nor an iron (unexpected in a business hotel). When I requested one, I was told they don't have any! Another staff member revealed later they do and brought one. The receptionist didn't even seen to know what facilities the room offered, and couldn't tell me if I had a bath or shower. The receptionist service let's down the whole hotel, and I wasn't the only person to mention it on my stay. I'd suggest one of the many better hotels in the area.

Spacious rooms and good service. Lots of amenities, I would have given it 5 stars but the elevators in the hotel had a mind of their own and would go on every other floor expect the one you wanted.
