Location in a business district, nearby connection to tram and other modes of transport. No decent priced food establishments near.

Friendly staff, Sauna is garbage, main toilets are great but the taps with sensors are terrible. Also was unable to. Use the bedroom in the TV as the remote had a screw in meaning we couldn't switch batteries.

One of my faves in Dusseldorf if you find the right rate, given the position its probably a better stay during the warm seasons, might not be the best during winter. Close to the river, along which in 15 mins walk you can reach the Altstadt (the pubs/restourants area). Great breakfast, much better rooms than its brother "Scandinavia" located north. Gym is pretty small. Avoid the restourant, changed menu a couple of years ago and now its really bad (the Scandinavia one is SO much better), anyway, still 5 stars since there are very good alternatives for food around.

We had a work event here and stayed the night. Excellent catering and easily reached from the Netherlands. The rooms we had were very luxurious with a shower in the middle of the room that didn't give much privacy. Great when you are staying with your partner, not so much when staying with a colleague. The downstairs parking garage was a bit tight to drive out of when it was completely full.
