  Great facility, sauna and swimming pool are benefit diring winter stay in Munich. Friendly staff and easy to get around Munich.

  Recently totally refurbished, with modern rooms and common areas. Good location, less than 5 mins walk from the nearest S-Bahn and good value for money.

  Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Little bit of a walk to the main centre of the city but close to public transport. Good restaurants around the corner. Would definitely recommend staying here.

  Arrived at Novotel Munich City only to discover they were overbooked and didn't have a room for us (i suspect this is because we booked through booking.com and arrived around 10pm). They were courteous and offered us complimentary snack plates and beers, and a taxi voucher to drive to the other Novotel on the other side of downtown. The overbooking was inconvenient especially after a long day of travel, but the front desk staff handled it as best that they could.

  Good breakfast and decent rooms, intetnet was not exisiting even the premium one that i was given as a gold memember didnt work and the staff did nothing about it

  Nice hotel with friendly staff in a decent area, good access to U-bahn. Nice rooms, clean fairly quiet, with tea & coffee in room.

  this hotel is very nice! I found it to be clean and and quite modern. The room was small but workable. The bathroom had an unusual layout but was functional. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of hot and cold choices to choose from.. this was the the nicest breakfast of our Munich tour. The service in the restaurant was outstanding! I would stay here again just for the breakfast.

  We are 2 adults and 2 children in the same room, and we fit quite well. We didn't pick breakfast. Room is nice and clean, tiny wardrobe but we are use to keep almost everything in our suitcases, so we just need to hang coats.
  
  Quite close to underground station and 15 to 20 minutes waking from main square. There are many trams and buses stopping 200 m from hotel.
  
  There is playing room in the reception, so children can stay while checking in/out or while you have drink in the bar.
  
  We have not used wellness center although it's free.
  
  We recommend it.
