Clean comfortable rooms with fast wifi and attentive front desk staff. Breakfast buffet is also solid.

Didn't have air-conditioning, that was a surprise, but had nice big openable windows and a comfortable bed.

Likes: Hotel is simple and elegant, very clean (from the lobby, lift, staircase, hallway and most especially the room), big room and enormous bed (can fit 4 people). Flatscreen tv with english and italian news channels. Free wifi, friendly staff, Fast check-in. I asked for an upper floor room and they comply, very happy about it. The hotel is easy to find (near the Munich's central station Hauptbahnhof and the center Karlsplatz-Marienplatz) a few restaurants outside the hotel and there is a grocery nearby

Dislikes: no fridge (no minibar), no iron (for clothes), no air conditioner (luckily it's the start of spring and it's still cool). Outside of the hotel is dirty and there lots of beggars.

All in all we had a good stay in this hotel, biggest points for me is the cleanliness of the hotel and it's accessible to everywhere in the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I loved this hotel! Very near to the city center, near to the places you want to visit and easy on the public transit. Rode the s8 train from the airport and got out from Karlsplatz station then poof! My hotel. Room was clean and quiet. The shower is separated from the toilet. It faces a big mirror. You'll feel sexy after taking a shower, trust me! Haha Aaand next to the hotel is a bar and lounge, a mall, and a fast food. The main train station is also a 5min walk away. Receptionists were cheerful and helpful to me.

Hotel is clean and simple, a true value for the price. Very conveniently located! A minute walk to the train station, which makes getting around very simple. Real close to the Munich Christmas market as well, can easily walk to and from without a problem. Would stay there again if I was in the area.
