The rooms are spacious and are at best average but what you are paying for is the location which is prime as every major activity is within reach and it takes a 5 minute walk to get to the main square.

Watch out in Munich there are two hotels with the same name. Actually I did not stay here. I prepaid for a room and then went and stayed in the wrong Deutsche Theater Hotel. There are two Deutsche Theater Hotels and they are not affiliated.

It is relatively old. And no elevator to some of the floors. No breakfast included as well which made it a bit annoying. In general it was ok.

Location is great but the street is pretty busy. The rooms were quaint and clean. Reception was very helpful and genuinely nice.

I had stayed there, Room is good , breakfast is good and it is optional.
It is having very small and old lift. There are chances to stuck in lift. Staff is good and helpful.response / report this review -

Great fron service. Rooms are quaint. Cozy place. View of theater along with any interesting people walking the red carpet.
