After having a reservation for 2 months of two rooms for 4 adults and a child of 2 years, upon our arrival in bad manners tell us that there is no crib, let us hunt El Niño between us.
After much arguing and even having to put up with being told that the reservation was child-free, we were offered a mattress with no bedding for El Niño to sleep on the floor.
In the room I have killed 3 spiders of considerable size and the cleaning is more than fair.
To park in the parking lot has tried to charge in advance, as if we were leaving without paying 9 euros piggy.
At the end of dinner and after
A call to Expedia, they have searched for a cradle magically.
My rating for this site is terrible, it will be an acceptable restaurant, but the Google photos are a fraud or the opening. Nothing to do with reality.response / report this review -

Nice place, friendly staff and near city centre. Room felt cozy too :) though breakfast could've been better and more versatile.

Very reasonable priced, friendly staff, free coffee each morning, and good location (1 block from a bus stop that takes you downtown). My only complaint is that they didn't provide body wash/soap, only shampoo. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Helpful and courteous staff, excellent location, and very nice rooms. There's a restaurant just down stairs too if you're looking for a meal without walking too far.

Wonderful rooms and location. Located confidently next to a bus stop that let's you get to Sendlinger Tor in a couple of minutes.

Great hotel to stay on a budget. However, breakfast could be cheaper.

Stayed during Oktoberfest so prices were inflated, but as a 3 start hotel it is decent. No major complaints, everything worked fine. A few little things: parking is very limited. Also, the free WiFi is very poor and the paid options didn't work.
