Overall good. Didn't have the breakfast as it seemed expensive. Would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. But warm, clean and a decent enough pkace to sleep

Hotel is a decent, inexpensive hotel - our room every had a small kitchenette. They're doing major construction on the roadway though, so it's quite noisy at times. Since we were on the 2nd Floor, and the noise was loud in the morning from construction, and at night from people visiting the local bars, we requested a fan for our room, as there is no AC, and the room was sweltering with the windows closed since it's June, and they were unable to accommodate (we stayed in 2 other hotels during our trip, and both had fans readily available in the rooms without need for request). They also were unable to provide any additional pillows when we requested them. That all saod - the front desk was helpful, the continental breakfast was good, and I appreciated the free wifi. I'd definitely recommend it as a reasonably priced place to stay - it's less than a km from the train station, and about 1 km from local shopping centers, museums, etc. But if you visit in the Summer, bring a fan so you can close the window, or be prepared to be woke up by the bustling street below throughout the night.

Polite, helpful staff combined with clean tidy rooms at a good price. Had a good night's sleep every night and will definitely book here again on any return to Munich.

Nice room but really confusing service, at least from our American perspective. We had a little kitchenette with provided plates and utensils, but they didn't clean them when the otherwise refreshed the room, so we had dirty dishes sitting in our room until we left, and no explanation we could find. We would have washed them ourselves, but they didn't provide soap or sponges (or brushes)! Our room had a mini fridge, but it turned out to be broken, but they replaced it first thing the next morning. Desk staff was nice, and the location was very handy, plenty of shops within walking distance.

for the price, it's a good hotel, the room was nice but the floors are made by carpet (allergic person carefull). the breakfast is nice. The room doesn't have real AC and no specific furnitures inside the room (water boiling / coffee machine). The hotel is close to the old city (20 min walk) and also close to turkish street (many middle eastern restaurants).
