Great hotel for staying while discovering the city, I personally consider the location as privileged cause it is right in front of the English garden which allocates the famous biergärten at the park. Right in front of the hotel are two bus stops, so either you going or coming you can do it just a few steps from the front door. The personnel are so nice and polite, the executive rooms are amazing, morning buffet is just delicious with a huge variety of option, everything is great, very very recommended.

What a Hilton experience should be. Easy to find, drive to and check in. Rooms are spacious with excellent views of the city or the English Garden & the Eisbach river. Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, and wait staff were attentive and helpful. Throw in a great happy hour in the executive lounge top notch!

Take advantage of the bike rentals from the hotel to explore the city. They go quick so make sure you reserve yours. The English Garden is just over the bridge to start the morning or end the day with an escape from the concrete jungle.

Hilton Munich Park continues to impress me. I first started staying at this hotel 20 years ago and my last visit (before this one) was before Covid and I was not certain what to expect. They have exceeded my expectations. The rooms are impeccable and I most appreciate the staff. From the reception to the breakfast staff, they are friendly and focused on providing the top customer service and this is why I keep returning to this hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff for a great stay and I look forward to my return. On a side note, a must try is the fresh hazelnut butter - absolutely delicious!!!

Always nice to stay at Hilton Tucherpark.
Service is great. Rooms were clean.
Breakfast is always good. Waitresses were attentive and polite.
Just one little complain: one of the waiter should work on his work efficiency. It looks like that he felt not respinsible to clean tables and refill the Snacks. All other stuff member were working hard and were friendly. We felt not welcome as long he was around. He should work on his performance

We came to the Hilton Munich Park after 4 days in London and it was so nice to have a big spacious hotel with lots of amenities. There are great gathering spaces, an excellent evening reception of appetizers in the executive lounge and a super breakfast buffet. They upgraded our room to the executive level because of our Diamond status and had yummy chocolates and bottled water for us to enjoy. The concierge was helpful in telling us about the Christmas markets and the valet and bellhop treated us like royalty. The hotel is in a beautiful wooded section of Munich and when we got the first snow of the year it turned into a winter wonderland. Our favorite part were the hotel staff that we interacted with. They were super friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel. Thanks for a great stay

If you want a very delicious luxury dinner, all prepared as if it is home-made. All you have to do is ask the hotel. A full dinner even a very delicious dessert. for 4 people. Very delicious It's not expensive. Info hotel hilton munchen park.

Overall very nice. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had a poor experience last month, but the managment team completely corrected the issues and provided us with compensation for our trouble. The waterfront rooms are worth the extra cost.

I’ve stayed at dozens of Hilton’s around the world, and have never received such amazing service as I did from Anke, the front office manager. She went above and beyond to make our stay quite special. Even during corona times, it’s possible to have a pleasant stay in the middle of a city. I’m amazed at the staff here.

Room was nice and very clean. The service we received checking in and in the executive lounge was good. Breakfast was a bit overwhelming and busy, but you could tell the staff was doing their best to keep up. Our dinner at the restaurant on site was terrible, but that was not the hotel's fault.

Rooms are super comfortable and location couldn't be better. The restaurant Tivoli provides great breakfast and the staff there works harder than in mine pits to make your stay great. I was though missing some points during dinner time, the staff couldn't service the demand and we ended up receiving our food after 1 1/2 hours and the food was mostly cold. I have to say that they did not charge us for the cold pizza and burger after we told them but we saw several other guests being annoyed by the long times as well.

Parking garage attached had plenty of parking available. Great dinner, too with riverside dining room, lovely setting. Was really impressed by the area in which the hotel is located. Easy to travel around the city.

Very nice experience! Restaurant was one of the best at a Hilton I’ve been to, great breakfast with cook to order omelets. Delicious assortment of cheese. Rooms had everything I needed handy. Quiet, beautiful park setting. Nice hotel shop. Parking garage attached had plenty of parking available. Great dinner, too with riverside dining room, lovely setting.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The fitness centre is well equipped. The location of the hotel is great for seeing the English gardens. The public transport into the city is easy taking around 15 minutes or just get a taxi (they are always lined up next to the hotel so there is little to no wait).

I expected much more from the famous Hilton hotel. The rooms were top-notch, those definitely deserve the 5 stars. But the spa/leisure was quite a disappointment, that part deserves 2-3 stars at best. Restaurants also didn't offer a wide variety of food. The food that was available was incredibly expensive, and our plates were filled below average with food that didn't taste special. Breakfast buffet was amazing though, no complaints there! Overall I'd rate it 8/10

It is a nice quiet hotel. Rooms are well equipped and decorated. Bathroom is very comfortable providing a tub, precise water temperature options and shower. Staff is very polite and willing to solve any quest or issue you may have. If you are traveling for work, it is an excellent option. They also provide 24 access to the gym and to the pool and sauna within certain hours (can't remember the schedule, sorry).
