  The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely decorated. Its also in a great location, right next to the train station and within walking distance of shops, markets and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

  Great little boutique hotel in a convenient location. Staff is amazingly friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. If I had to nitpick about anything, the shower was pretty tiny, but pretty Europe standard in my experience. Also, with the location comes some added noise from the station if you have the windows open, but that was to be expected. Would gladly return for another stay. Free Orangina and chocolates always brings a smile too :)

  The location is good but everything else is lacking. No a/c or fan. Furniture is straight out of IKEA.wifi not good either.

  Nice room, with comfortable beds. We found the pillows to be too soft for our comfort. It was very hot and with no air conditioning, sleep would not have been possible without the provided fan.
  
  Excellent breakfast offerings, helpful and efficient staff. We really like the no mini-bar in the room idea and appreciated the offerings in the lobby.

  You have a very lovely hotel and while the service, ambience & breakfast was excellent, our stay was uncomfortable. With temperatures in the 90's & no air conditioning we were beyond hot. There are only a few rooms off the very busy street, and being right at a thriving subway system, we hardly slept.

  I have stayed at this hotel for three years in a row and loved it each time. The location is perfect, the rooms have been modern, comfortable and clean, the breakfast bar is superb and the staff are truly wonderful. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cater to their needs. My one small complaint would be the less than excellent realiability of the wifi connections during my stay this past October. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Stadt Rosenheim during my next visit to Munich.

  Location is great right next to the metro. Friendly staff, nice large room. Also free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks were a nice touch.
