Great restaurant down stairs. The rooms are really nice, very modern and spacious. The staff was helpful with directions and activities around this area.

Aesthetically very pleasing, extremely modern and well finished, my guess would be its been recently refurbished. But, it's a little rough around the edges which puts it down a peg or two in my eyes. Beds overtly firm and uncomfortable, unpleasant odors from the shower drains, and the breakfast was mediocre. It's also further away from the city center than you think. A good 20-30 minute walk. If value is what you're after I'd say you're getting it just about.

Clean, modern and stylish this is the best value for money I have seen in Munich! Took my two small kids and found the place to be very family friendly. My toddler loved sleeping on the sofa bed. They also have air conditioning - which is a bonus because lots of hotels in Munich don't. The breakfast was not to my liking. But I'm the kind of person who goes to a cafe in the morning.

Ultra helpful team, great location near the U-bahn (underground) and bus 58. Short journey to Munich centre and also main station. Easy for the airport. Clean comfortable rooms. Superb Italian restaurant- open to non-residents - on site.

Okish hotel. Decent and clean room, but on the other hand the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom while the shower and the toilet are two different rooms which share the same door

It's not a bad room, but you have to put your key card (or similar card) in a slot in your room to have lights and working power outlets. Also, there is one door that swings 180 degrees to close either the toilet stall room or the shower, so one is always left open. And there is literally a floor to ceiling untinted window looking straight into the shower. There is a partial slatted door that can cover most of it, which helps, I guess.

A shock, but not a very good way.

I stayed in this hotel 3 nights while in Munich July (2016).
Honestly it wasn't what I expected, and was quite different from a standard hotel room. I was staying in a room with 3 other people. On entering the room I realised this wasn't exactly going to a great stay over. We where put in a 2 person room and there was 2 extra beds "made up" on the floor. The lighting in the room was very dull bathroom area was the first thing you walk through while entering the room. The sink was also open in the whole room. The shower and toilet used "one" reversable door either side of the toilet and shower.
Between everything, the room didn't offer much in terms of personal privacy. Because 4 people where technically put into a 2 person room this extremely cramped and didn't offer any real comfort. The beds on the floor where basically 2 square mattresses pushed together. The room had a very area outside of the room I'd you wanted to grab some air or have a smoke.
Overall if i am to return to Munich I will be very likely looking for a different hotel on my next visit
