Very convenient location for asian tourist. Few options of asian market & food available nearby. Also close to few tourist attractions. Little advice, make a clear laundry instruction in english.

Staff are great, prices are very budget friendly, the building and rooms are very old. Plug in locations in the room are not ideal, furniture is very dated and bed not comfortable for extended nights/sleep.

The morning breakfast selection is very good as well as the kitchen staff. It’s not far from the SBahn station but a walk outside is required where using a rolling bag is a little more challenging in spots of the walk.

Nice central location with good food options. Only a 20 minute or less walk to Marienplatz, right near the river with plenty of walking and running options.

It's good hotel for this price. Not so spacious. But solves the purpose with kitchen and basic facility. Choose if you are confused or not sure with other choice. Near to train , bus and tram. Rooms could have been better. Staff are good

The hotel ambiance and connectivity is very good. Amenities like Gym,Sauna etc. are well maintained.
As there are lot of Indians staying in this hotel if DERAG subscribes few Indian TV channels it will help them to pass the time(TV has not of any use to them).
Keep up the good work and as Confuscious says treat people as you would like to be treated.

I stayed in this hotel for seven or eight months. Very pleasant and helpful staff. one or two minor maintenance issues which were fixed immediately. I would stay there again.

The rooms were stinky. Though the place looked cozy it was actually stinking from the sink. The hotel had some dust mites or some insects. The hotel staff didn't accept despite of complaining about the problem. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost.

I visited the place during peak season for Oktoberfest. The staff was helpful.
There is a washing area in the UG. The location and service were good.

The rooms till 5 floor are small in size. Not very clean. Lower rating because of the room size and cleanliness, compared to other hotels in Munich.

It's a 3 star hotel and therefore the rooms are good, breakfast absolutely good, fitness room is ok and Sauna great, the service always friendly, and just a couple of minutes away from the next Biergarten. I recommend it.
