Unfortunately for the Rilano Group, I will not stay at this hotel again!
It is not the hotel that is the issue but the gangs of (mainly) men hanging around just outside the hotel - drinking beer, throwing bottle tops and the bottles onto the street, urinating in the open and making a lot of noise. I have never felt unsafe in Munich before this stay, including this area. However, walking to and from the hotel made me very wary of the people hanging around and i did not feel safe and never ventured from the hotel after 9pm.
This is a shame for the hotel because the staff and the room was great.it is just in the wrong location with these gangs of people.

Great location, right in the middle of the city. Room is decent size, yet service at the reception could be a little bit better. One thing I was not a fan off is the frosted glass wall to the toilet, kind of not enough privacy :)

A very clean hotel, friendly staff. The room was very quiet at nights that was essential for me. The only thing that spoiled the impression - the atmosphere outside. But this is not the hotel's problem. As soon as you enter inside, you forget about it.
    Thank you.

Clean but service was not great. Location near City centre but also in the red light district which isn't great. Bathrooms offer zero privacy so make sure you're traveling with a very close partner

Booked sight unseen because of proximity to the main train station. Not disappointed. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable and close to everything. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Surprised to find myself in red light area of town but really not an issue. Good coffee shop on street level under the hotel.

Good location near Marine Plaz, many restaurants and coffee shops near by, very clean rooms and Toilets and friendly staff.

Clean, modern, well kept double bedroom. Bathroom is small, massage shower head a bonus but default position is pointing straight at the gap between the shower door and the shower walls. Good temperature control. Have to pay extra for coffee and tea facilities located on the ground floor. Building located in the area closer to the red light district but very convenient, central close to main station.

The only really good thing I could say about the hotel is that it was clean; clean in the sense that there were no bugs or dirt or anything. But the walls kinda had marks, so despite its "modern" style choice, it just felt like the hotel was trying to hard to be cool, but just lacked any real charm. On top of that, the WiFi was shoddy when more than one person used it, like it was checking the ip address for only one person, and the water in the shower would fluctuate temperature a lot. Also, the AC didn't work. We just opened windows, which was ok, but then you could hear tons of road noise from the city. The location is near the train station, which is convenient for travel, but it's on a street with a lot of strip clubs. So it might be good if you're looking to party, or have some ladies of the evening stay in your room, but for me and my wife, or for a family, it was not a great location. Closer to Marienplatz would be better. If I were single, this hotel would not be so bad, or I'd be able to compromise for its shortcomings, but if you have a family or you love your wife, saving a few euros to stay here isn't worth it.

The room was ok and spacious, the bed was comfy but the wifi was one of the worst I've seen.

Clean rooms but rather small. Doesn't really feel like home, it's as if they are trying too hard to make you feel you're in a high end hotel. The bathroom consists of a sink that is practically not separated from the room at all, the shower separates from the room through a transparent cabin and the toilet through an opaque tiny cabin that allows light Which means a trip to the bathroom in the mid of the night will light up the entire room and the water from the sink would wake up others And if you're not there with your significant other, forget about showering :). It is very centrally located and can be reached easily from the main station, but the area is rather crowded, noisy and weird. Pricey for what it offers.
