Location not in city center, but tram station in front of the hotel. Nice breakfast and large room.

Great Hotel, staff are very polite and helpful. Overall, the Hotel could be much much better with small attention to room details. WIFi, Towels, Toilet tissues etc.

I was staying at the Ameron Hotel in Köln for a business trip for 5 nights. First time there. The Hotel was booked (on the phone) for me by our department secretary. The Hotel is very nice, room was clean and what expected from the pictures on the website, but at the time of check out came the bad surprise: the price that was before mentioned was not the one charged. And of course it was about 30 euros more per night, plus the breakfast was supposed to be included in the case of long staying (that was my case) but was instead charged as extra (20euro per day). I did not know the reservation details, so I could not protest immediately. Now we are trying to get our money back, but looks like it won`t happen. This, in my opinion, is called a fraud.

A nice hotel very close to a metro station. Clean and very quiet rooms, nice staff.
The bed was really comfortable.
Not so many options nearby if you want to have dinner.outside the hotel.

This hotel was great. Service was amazing, except for the man working the desk on the morning of check out. Didn't seem like a people person. Room was very nice and very comfy. Not an amazing location, but there was a train 2-5 minute walk away. The train does run by the hotel, so if you're a light sleeper I believe the hotel offers ear plugs. There aren't many food or attractions or shopping near byThere is a restaurant that looks good. We didn't eat there, the beer is good however. I'd stay again.

Sad that I couldn't get to enjoy more days of amazing customer service from this place as my stay was barely a day and night. They definitely have changed the concept of that saying "you don't ask, you don't get!!" All they did was give and give and give amazing hospitality since I checked in. Cannot fault the rooms, the staff, the service.. You name it. Even to the point when I had to check out at 3.30am to catch an early morning flight they continued to dazzle me with their service. Definitely coming back here. Thanks Ameron for your amazing hospitality. Keep up the good work. Cheers!!!
