Run down, expensive and no working free WiFi and breakfast was not especially good or included in the price.

Good as ever, been a few times, don't miss the Elfer Rat next door. Not exactly close to the river but the tram is a 5 minutes walk and reasonably priced.

Stayed there for 3 days. The stay was pleasant. The lady in the bar was very Cooperative. The rooms are pretty decent, clean and well maintained. The cathedral is nearby and so is the station. One can find quite a lot of shopping options. I will definitely visit this hotel in the future again.

Decent hotel although my bathroom had a dirty smell and it took them a few days to provide me a different room after they couldn't repair the issue. Rooms on the back side of the hotel have no air conditioner but rooms on the street facing side do (even though they are a bit old)

The hotel is really well situated for the xmas markets and everything is within walking distance. The rooms need an overall and unfortunately the room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke. We made a complaint but could not get a change of room. Would use the hotel again but on booking insist on a non-smoking room and a bath.

I come every year at this hotel for an event in the city. I choose it for its location very central and walking distance to almost everywhere. Standard rooms are big enough with all comforts. Breakfast is a bit expensive unless there's a promotion that makes it affordable. There's any type of restaurants close to the hotel.

Very noisy at night on weekend.Clean rooms. Convenient to historic sites and cool neighborhoods. Barely adequate WiFi, but for 8 EUR/ day, real WiFi is available. Bfast not really worth the 18 EUR, as there are many good restaurants on the block. Biggest problem: rooms on south side face a very loud party street on the weekend. Not just loud voices, but booming techno until 5am.
