  Great service from staff. Room impeccably clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet room when windows closed. Curtains black out sun well. Bathroom luxurious.

  Classy 5 🌟 hotel with view of the Dom. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Quiet location (we were able to sleep with the windows open, as we do at home). Very close to the city centre and shopping streets. This will become our annual stop for visiting the Christmas markets. A+

  I've stayed at the Pullman many times and it's always a pleasure. Good location, close to the centre, but not too close! Rooms are nicely decorated and of good size; same goes for the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent, and offers a buffet along with a proper fry up. The tram station is a short walk away, and there's a taxi rank outside as well.

  What a nice hotel!
  Rooms are modern are well equipped. Bed is great with many cushion options. Amenities of high quality.
  Reception is very friendly and efficient.
  The Bar Lab12 is a must do, with fantastic cocktails and an amazing view towards the cathedral. Especially at night.
  Located only 10 walking minutes from the center, it is ideal for business or for week end breaks.
  Definitely to be recommended!

  Very good place to stay. Nice room and very good breakfast. Breakfast is quite expensive but everyone can find something he likes.
