The hotel is located in the center, it's location is amazing for that price. So value for money is for sure. But, the simple room has no windows, Only in the seeling. The bathroom has one problem, the wall of the bathtub is closing on it so standing upright is impossible. All in all - value for money

Location, service desk attendants, restaurant, waiters (MARTIN-THANKS). room, view, security, bed comfort, bathroom beauty (Huge tub, modern tiles, fixtures),room size (ample to spread out two large suitcases), closet room ( 8 foot by 8 foot extra storage space), 42 inch television, work desk, air conditioned-just wonderful.

Room very spacious, high ceilings, huge bathroom - very comfortable bed in which I slept extremely well. Late check in (after midnight) was no problem

This centrally located hotel, was quiet, very clean (especially in comparison to some b&b's we'd stayed in), had helpfully stay and a varied breakfast buffet available from early. I would recommend this hotel , and return in the future.

Hotel is located in the very center of Praque. Rooms are nice, tidy and noise from the street very acceptable. Breakfast is poor, and you have to seat below ground with no windows whereas walk-in customers from the street get the nice tables outside or at surface level. Staff - and we met several - all seems unfocused and the service level is well below average. Use this hotel for its great location and fair price. Avoid it if you are looking for quality food and good service.

Surprinsingly, the woman waiters were actually civilized and polite. On the other hand, the male faculty were completely rude and incompetent.

Love the location. Easily access to anywhere in the old town. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great and adequate for short stays, but it's increasingly boring for long stays.

The room og bathroom was great. The location was great. The breakfast was great. The only negative thing is that the bed should have a pillow top mattress, because you can feel the inside of the bed very well.

We went to this bar on arriving in Prague and were met with rude ignorant staff who ignored us on multiple occasions, served other groups around us and a waitress who completely ignored me and walked away when I asked her if our group of 4 could order some drinks . My advice would be not to work in a bar if you clearly dislike people. Save your time and avoid this place.

Rude staff, rip off prices (more expensive than usual and also all old tricks such as excl VAT, service charge etc..) , waiter asking for tip until you give I'd refrain if I have read the reviews before. Typical TOURIST TRAP in my opinion

Extremely disappointed. We went for lunch and ordered two soups. The waiter appeared with two glasses of hot chocolate and was very annoyed when we said we didn't order them and we returned them. There were pretzels on the table which we thought we complimentary but we were charged almost £2 ( 50 krona) for 1. There was a notice on the table that customers must not accept bills that are not on paper and despite that the waiter asked us to pay for the pretzel without producing a receipt. When we challenged him, he was extremely annoyed. The food was not good. I felt sick all afternoon

I will only describe the restaurant. I took a breakfast here and it is obviously à trap for tourist. I even payed 50 czk to eat à little bretzel. And the breakfast was very small for the price. Don't go there !

This review is of our experience in the restaurant, not the hotel - which by all accounts provides a better experience.
The menu is a complete rip-off, even bearing in mind that it's obviously a tourist trap on the square. The waiter brought us a tiny amount of bread which amounted to a "cover charge" on the bill of 100czk each. They even charged for pretzels! We were in Prague for 4 days and this is the only place charging for pretzels. Anyway, the waiter also provided a racist commentary about refugees by way of making friends with us (yeah, we're white so we obviously agree). We paid up and left it in order to enjoy the rest of our holiday. I advise you to leave this place alone for the benefit of your holiday, or evening.
4000czk for 6 meals and 6 beers. Terrible deal for mediocre food.response / report this review
