The Blu was a fabulous hotel. I would stay there again and again. Hotel design , restaurants and lounge were all lovely. Food delicious. Suites were well laid out, had plenty of space, and were well-appointed. Service was really exceptional. I can’t imagine a lovelier place to stay in Prague and right in the heart of the city! Excellent for sight-seeing or an evening stroll in the Square.

As a frequent business visitor to Prague, this is my favourite property to stay in. Rooms are clean, the gym is surprisingly well-equipped and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is superb — everything in Prague 1 is within walking distance.

Stayed here for a congress in June. Conveniently located in Prague. Well equipped room, excellent service and professional staff. Breakfast we had around the corner at Paul bakery on our way to the congress so can not give comment on food.

The Radisson Blu is very nondescript from the exterior, but don't let that prevent you from coming here. We are staying there now and it is one of the most luxurious and welcoming hotels I ever stayed in. The beds and pillows are a dream, the rooms are large, bathroom is incredible with little details like a speaker in the ceiling so that you don't miss any of the dialogue from the movie or show if you need to take a break. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, service is impeccable. When we checked in, I was told that breakfast was not included, and I said that I thought it was included. The young man checking me in then gave us free breakfast for our entire stay! Quite a saving since the charge is about 20 Euros a day per person. I spoke with Veronica, a concierge, for help getting train tickets to Budapest and when I returned to the hotel later and saw her, she arranged for drinks to be sent to the room, and then a bit later a gorgeous plate of chocolates and fruit arrived at our door. The hotel location is perfect; a few steps away from Wenceslas Square. It is a 7 minute taxi ride from the Prague train station. Another concierge arranged for a taxi to meet us there when we arrived (Comfy Cabs) and although I was told the fare would be about 8 Euros, we were only charged 6. There is a Michelin restaurant in the hotel and it's bar, Bebop Bar, is the #1 rated bar in the City due to its masterful and friendly bartenders
And a word about the city of Prague - it is unbelievable. We have 3 nights here and I wish we had more!response / report this review -

This hotel impressed me. Not only by beautiful interior, but by very friendly stuff. They were helpful and polite. I really enjoyed our conference there.

A great hotel, very central. The room was a decent size and was in good condition (as far as normal ware and tear is concerned)
The only down side was that the walls between the bedrooms seem to be quite thin and you can hear noise through the walls and room door. It's fine if you have quite people staying, but if you have a family with kids next door, you could well hear them.

The property is very nice, the staff are extremely kind,polite, each & every of the team members are trained professionals & offer absolute satisfaction by pampering each & every guest to levels beyond compare.They made our stay a very pleasant & memorable experience.
Breakfast is a superb experience, great selection of the freshest foods fruits cheese breads,smoothies .egg & pancake station is an enjoyable experience. words cant describe the joyous experience..thank u team Radisson Blu Alcronresponse / report this review -

Me and the wife Stayed here just before Christmas for the Christmas markets, every one seems to be able to speak English and all the staff are really helpful and friendly, it's all beautifully done in art Deco design to supper level and it is really clean to a really good standard, they left flowers, wine ,cake and balloons and a card for the wife's birthday, absolutely outstanding place, try some of the cocktails (and the cider) from the bar as they are out off this world, we will be returning to this hotel again.

Art Deco hotel from 1932. Perfectly located very close to the main square. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating, espec. the concierge. My tip: the intimate Michelin restaurant "Alcron Restaurant".
