We looked at a room here when we were considering leaving the hotel we were staying at. Room was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed, same standard as I'd expect from an ibis. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our strange request of wanting to feel their beds!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.

    Good part:
    1. Location is very good.
    2. The variety of breakfast is delicious.
    3. Wi-Fi is very good.

    Not good part :
    1. I booked a double bed, but I was assigned a twin bed room. The next day I replaced the room, but I could not hear the apology and it was very cumbersome to change the room.
    2. One day was not room cleaned. I was uncomfortable because I did not need to replace the towel or replenish the toilet paper. I came in late at night and was tired and did not ask why, but it seemed that there was a problem because the vacuum cleaner was left overnight in the hallway.

It was a satisfactory hotel except for two personal problems.

Compact room basics comfort just fine! The hotel its quite warm as the rooms its self. The windows opens just a couple of inches enough to keep the warm out

A few technical issues with their booking system which took hours to sort out but a lovely comfortable hotel in an excellent location for tourists or business. Contemporary style. Aircon was a blessing in the summer.

Ideal central location just off of the square. 10 minutes from Charles Bridge. Rooms are well sized and clean. The beds very comfortable and breakfast the best I've seen from this type of hotel.

I got this place for about 50 Euro a night, room was good, I imagine they have better ones from the looks of the lobby, included breakfast is proper, meats, breads, fruits, proper full spread. One of the better hotels I've used and it's so close to so much. You won't regret this place.

We stayed at Ibis Praha Old Town but sorry to say thatbeing a one of the reputed brand having a prime property at City Centre, why the Air Condition was not at all working. I had seen many complaints regarding the same on other forums as well. I personally observed that other Guest were sleeping keeping their Windows open. When I told the front Desk they did send a Technician to check but, he was like The hotel is having a Centralised Air Condition System which works with the Temperature outside.

There were times in middle of the night we use to feel Suffocate or Breathless then we use to open the Window pane to get fresh Air. You really need to do something about this.

Secondly Being a Vegetarian (Vegan) there were very limited option for the Breakfast. On the second day they had kept some fried Rice, but by the time I went for second serving it was over, they never refilled it.

This were my concern about our stay at your Hotel. I think I won't Book a room here again.
    Very Sorry about that.

So, I only got into IBIS because the Marriott was booked. What I can suggest, is that if you're after a quiet and classy place, or if you're on a business trip, this is not the place to be. In terms of cleanliness, i give it a 4 out of 5, and staff is friendly, proximity to the center is brilliant, however:

    - most of the guests are loud teenagers or retired folk
    - the wi-fi drops off every few minutes, making it impossible to work/have a conference call, etc.
    - there is NO IRON IN THE ROOM, which means you take your clothes and iron them in a little sad room on the first floor, which also serves as baby diaper changing room (odd place to change a baby's diaper). My frustration doesn't come from having to share the iron though, but from the fact that the ironing table was dirty and I got my white blouse stained, in the evening before work. There wasn't anything they could do for me, as cleaning services came in the morning and they wouldn't have it ready for me before having to leave to the office.
    - breakfast is a dull combination of eggs, butter, vegetables and bad coffee. Can be tough to have the same kind of food for a full week, there no variation whatsoever.

BUT at least the staff is nice!

Good, spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Great plus side is that the bed is actually a double and not two singles pushed together. Shower is good and bathroom is quite big. Only downside is that the air conditioning system is set to either heat the hotel or to cool it. It is currently still heating season (understandably) which meant that we couldn't get the temperature lower than 19 degrees. We slept with the window open which was fine noise level wise.

Great location. Easy access from bus and train station. 5 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is modern and clean with nice rooms and large bathrooms. There is also the nearby Palladium shopping centre if you need something or are sheltering from the rain.

Very good location. From the airport, you can easily get here by taking AE(airport express) bus. Right after getting off the bus, you can see the hotel.

The hotel is near almost every tourist spot. You can walk to most of the famous spots such as Charles Bridge.

There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel.

Very good breakfast :) you can have breakfast from 6:30 to noon, which is relatively long hours. They have both hot meals and cold meals.

Room is not big. But cozy . Big enough to take a rest :)

In the room, you can adjust room temperature. Additional blanket is also in the room.

All the employees in the hotel spoke very good English and very kind ;)

I will definitely stay in ibis praha old town again if I visit Prague.
