Great hotel near Wenceslas Square and the Charles Bridge. Nice gym. Nice rooms. Is busy and popular with American tourists.
I have a Marriott Gold status. But service level is too low. We arranged two rooms but another room is 3 pax. We checked in and inform 3 pax but not prepared extra bed. I call to reception and come to wrong room and call again and finally delivered without nothing apologies from reception. Very disappointed Not worth for five star hotel. They should check the reservation carefully.
I have had the pleasure of staying at Marriotts in Europe, US and Caribbean. Never commented before but am so overall impressed with the personnel I have encountered over the past five days at the Prague Marriott - front desk, housekeeping, bell hops, room service, restaurant and especially executive lounge. BRAVO! Every employee I goes out of their way to greet me. And always with a smile - before I say a word. Paula who has handled the breakfast and I evening serving in the exec lounge consistently goes above and beyond, tending to her tasks while inquiring of the guests if all was good, answering questions and sharing information with friendliness and caring. The Marriott Prague personnel are a class act in a city of fairytale beauty.
We had an awesome stay at the Prague Marriott. They accommodated us at 9:30am with an early check in which was life saving after getting off a long flight from the US. We were able to freshen up before heading out to explore this amazing city. The hotel is walking distances to old town, and there's a convenient tram stop just behind the hotel as well.
Also want to echo the fact that it was clear the rooms were newly renovated, as ours looked brand new! The staff were very nice and they had a very good currency exchange rate, which was nice because you can easily get ripped off in old town or at the airport.
Overall we had an outstanding stay. I will be coming back!
Great location for sightseeing holiday as everything is in walkable distance. Also metro and tram stops are next to hotel. Rooms are nice and cozy.
Excellent location.
Excellent newly renovated rooms, although some components like the closet and parts of the bathrooms haven't been done so they clearly stick out from the modern theme.
Great breakfast buffet.
A lot of electricity outlets including usb outlets which is great.
The rooms in the hotel have 4 USB sockets for charging devices. That's enough for a five star review for me. The rooms are also very nice, and the bar has good food and good beer. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful hotel right in the downtown area. The staff was pleasent and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the rooms were clean and comfortable as usual from Marriott.
Regular hotel, but really liked the Bourbon Bar lounge. Good atmosphere and great specialty drinks. There were local small gatherings of dancers and musicians during festival week and it added a real nice touch to the atmosphere. Also, I was told
the manager is one of the best and most awarded mixologists in Prague. We were lucky my to have him make us our exotic drinks.
One of the better Marriott out there. Got an upgrade because of the Platinum status. Only ready for a one start off is because of the shower water temperature, very inconsistent, and the shower head doesn't stay in position. The Bourbon bar is great.
Good hotel and friendly staff. Best located with all the attractions at walkable distance. Spacious and cost rooms
Love this hotel. Very beautiful and friendly staff. Location is perfect you can walk to almost all the main attractions from this hotel. Very close to the tram and train station.
Nice hotel close to the city center. Good breakfast. Cozy rooms and well equipped gym
Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was painless, and room service was great. Would return without hesitation.
