Stayed in this brilliant hotel in June 2015 and would definetely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Prague. Great room decor and a comfy bed, very helpful staff and only a 10 minute walk from the main tourist attractions, plus there were some good restaurants just around the corner. I'd recommend this place to anyone

Great hotel, very well and recently decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant breakfast buffet too. Very close to train station and trams, but is easily within walking distance to the main sites in the centre of Prague.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Prague, great bars, helpful staff and a breakfast buffet that leaves you not needing any lunch.

Great hotel, wonderful position for wanting around Prague. It was really hot when we visited but the walk to the hop on hop off bus tour was achievable so that was great!
The room was in the eaves and had amazing character and the overall quality was really high.
Breakfast was fantastic with several different stations to choose from and a pianist - very good way to start a day of exploringresponse / report this review -

had a brilliant 3 night stay at this hotel. loved everything about it - location ( train station opposite) 10 minute walk to old town square. Rooms very clean and modern. loved the fixtures and fittings in the bathroom. Even had our towels shaped into bows. Bed very comfy : tea and coffee facilities provided. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice, Ladies cooking fresh omelettes really work hard.Staff very helpful and informative. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague

Beautiful hotel - gorgeous rooms, helpful staff, good location. Although we had some initial problems on check-in (we were promised an upgrade to a deluxe room but it was unavailable on arrival and our allocated room had some heating issues), these issues were quickly dealt with by polite and helpful staff. We were moved to a deluxe room on the second day and it was absolutely perfect (we were even given a bottle of fizzy in our room). Unfortunately, the spa facilities were not available, but all other facilities were excellent. The location is very good - about ten minutes walk to the old town centre. Hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast is lovely, and our experience was overall excellent.
