Location is good, room was not in the main building!doesn't look like in a beautiful pictures!under the windows some building works so woke up at 7.30 and couldn't sleep.personal is not very pleasant,but right in the beginning they were.won't come again.

Quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, staff is terrific helping me with maps and transportation.
Close to many wonderful historic and religious locations. Tram stop is just a block away: can go to old Town or Castle. Perfect place for me.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to castle and 10 minutes from clock. Staff was helpfull they offered us excursions and complimentary drinks. Room was spacious had ac and was very clean. Brekfast had a decent choice and produce was fresh.
We were impressed with their attention to detail.

I scheduled a massage for my wife as a surprise. I emailed back and forth with Jan from the spa. She was extremely helpful with asistingnme in picking a treatment for my wife. I ended up just scheduling a 120 min spot where my wife could just go in and pick what she wanted. She had a great time and loved it!

After we arrived in Prague we quickly discovered that parking is impossible here. We ended up leaving our car with at hoffmeister. They happily let us keep our car there and it was cheaper then public parking!

Excellent choice if you want to be close to everything yet not amidst all the tourists.
Helpful staff. They arranged transportation to several attractions.

Sweet and caring staff. Nice rooms. Have stayed in Junior suites and Standard rooms. Nice to start the day in the jacuzzi/ spa in the basement. Breakfast in the garden is perfect summertime. We really like this place. It's well worth the money!
