This hotel was actually pretty good! The breakfast is terrific, the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms have atmosphere. I'm a bad sleeper in other places but this bed was very nice and I slept like a baby. Would surely recommend this place to tourists as it is very close to many attractions that you must have seen in Prague. More experienced travellers might choose an area that's less touristic.

The hotel was quite good value for the number of nights we stayed, the location is very nice and our room looked out over the river, the breakfast selection is ok but after 4 nights stay you start to see it in a different way, it's always the same and it doesn't look fresh (black hair found in salad and a cucumber tasted off) we were quite put off by that.
The room is worn and quite tired looking, dirty curtains and walls, water stains above the shower. The air conditioning is set by the hotel and cant be changed individually and WIFI was a complete annoyance because it didn't reach in the room properly and we had to constantly stand by the door to get a signal. Other than those things it's a fairly clean basic hotel for a good price for resting in after a days walking but we wouldn't book here again.

Great room size, with desk to work, arm chair, sofa, frigobar. The air conditioning wasn't working properly in the beginning, but they fixed it, then it was ok (we went there in the summer). Bethroom good too, big, but the bath may be high for people with difficult in mobility. The staffs are in general very nice; you can change money there for a reasonable rate, and their breakfast and restaurant could be better, but I would say they are good, reasonable food.

It's a good place to rent a room from. The only downside is that they don't have facilities for trolley or wheelchairs.

Stayed for one night on business. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Comfy bed and everything in the room worked as expected. Perfect for what I needed.

When we checked-in, we reported that safe box did not work but nothing was done about it. Then we reported it again but it was still not fixed. We realised that our money and valuables were stolen from the hotel room in the morning that we were going to check out. In short I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Good location. The room was falling apart, toilet seat loose, couple of electrical plug-ins not working, towel shelf fell down. Definitely in a need for make over! Over all the cleaning needs to be better.
Breakfast was ok and staff was helpful.
