Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Centrally located, just minutes away from the dead centre. It has nice audience and very friendly staff.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Alas, in a street with lots of erotic clubs, pole dancing bars etc. Get a room in the back so you're not bothered by night life.

Nice clean room and friendly helpful staff.
Bathroom was relatively modern with a combined bath/shower and a wall mounted hair dryer and vanity mirror.
Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe and there's also a mini bar.
Easy walk to the main attractions such as old town square and the river.
We didn't include breakfast in our booking as we normally like to do our own thing but decided to go with it anyway, was €12 each and had plenty to keep everyone happy, various breads, bacon, eggs, sausages, cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and plenty of delicious pastries.
A little heads up there are a couple of adult "dancing" clubs and an adult toy shop in very close proximity to the hotel and while they are rather discreet and quite on the street the may put some people off.response / report this review -

The hotel was good and clean. The men at the receptions were very helpful. The location was close to the center, but there are strip clubs and an erotic shop in the street. In the room (1st story), we had a bit of noise from the clubs. I would have booked the hotel again, but ask for a higher story.

Very nice and good looking hotel. Very nice staff as well. But it was a bit awkward that we had to leave our room card at the reception when we went out. And every one can pick entry cards there as there like without any verification.

This Hotel is OK. The hotel is dated. There is a strip club next door and across from it (opening soon) so pimps and prostitutes hanging around at night. The sheets and towels were clean but quality was average. The mattresses were comfortable. There was an electric kettle and complementary tea bags and a mini bar but there wasn't complementary water!

Clean decent size rooms. Excellent WiFi for free. Breakfast good but average. Some noises heard from street by night, there is at least one stripclub nextdoor.

Never met more Unfriendly front of house staff, was no greeted on many occasions, or apon leaving or returning- acknowledging someone is only decent.
After settling our municipalities tax, we left the, not one of the 3 front of house staff said goodbye , hope you enjoyed your stay.
However have to say we we always greeted with a warm welcome by the ladies attending to the rooms .
Showers were also the worst ever for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is really well situated within the city, very close to many of the tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants. Although I didn't try the hotel's restaurant, I had a positive stay in a very reasonably priced double room, with the option of mini bar and room service.

Only pork for breakfast, poor bathroom condition, bad location, drug dealers and prostitutes all over the place.
A glass of water at the lobby is only for sale. Room service is daily and ok.

We went there during New Year's vacation and here are my notes.
-Hotel Location and interior are very good comparing to other's in the same area.
-Welcoming and check-in were below average.
We were standing on the desk waiting until the staff finish their conversation. No approach.
They gave us the key and we took our luggage to the room which is weird in a 4 stars hotel.
-Room very tight for the amount we are paying.
Not well furnished just very average.
Only tea and coffee offered free everyday. No complimentary water. Old kettle to heat water.
Bathroom just fine with towels, shampoo and shower gel.
-Breakfast is the best thing during our stay, good variety on the buffet but no Champagne as said in many reviews before.
Staff not very friendly and noisy during the breakfast.
Overall experience 5/10
I've been to many hotels before and I didn't get this service for the amount of money I paid.

You get 3 stars room size and amenities for the price of 4 stars despite being rated a 4* hotel. Deceiving experience!!!

Great location, breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Prague.
