Very good location, reservation department needs improvement. Rooms vary immensely depending on your booking class. Won’t return to this establishment, far better options next door.

Great location. Nice service staff. Though I didn't really liked the given room as it has side windows which is actually the balcony of the next door suite. Meaning privacy is a concern as I don't know if the next door guest would just peek over into our room. So I kept the windows closed most of the time.

Unbelievable hotel and service in a great location. Food was excellent, breakfast in particular was stunning with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be going back again.

Location is perfect. Good breakfast. Staff was Excellent. Nice rooms. Spa is a bit small, it is in the middle of Prague, so kind of expected to not be huge, but still.

It is located just opposite to the Palladium Shopping Centre in the Former Czech House of Comers. It is very good place with big rooms and great restaurants in there. Very good breakfast which is included in the price of the room. Very good and professional service

Really nics hotel with great breakfast. There is a nice spa to use for a reasonable price. the location is perfect. opposite to Palladium, a nice shopping center.

My partner and me stayed at this hotel for a late anniversary celebration in March 2015, and since the beginning we were amazed by the polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Our room, located in the Executive floor (3rd floor), was very nice, had a ginormous bed and more importantly, fantastic views to the Republic square. In the room, the bathroom was really nice, clean and had a nice bathtub (that I used our last night, amazing!). The pillows were like a pair of fluffy pieces of cloud, the mattress was really comfortable and the duvet was really soft.
The breakfasts, provided by the hotel in their restaurant, were full of options and tasty food. The scrambled eggs were really good, the same as the little sausages and pastries.
The food in the Executive Lounge was delicious too, and the place was quiet and nice.
We ate 1 lunch and 1 dinner in the restaurant and all the food was really good and delicious.
The staff, as I said, was polite and very welcoming, always happy to help.
We will definitely repeat in my next trip to Prague!!

Don't get me wrong, food was good lots of cheese and butter in everything. But value for money is not adequate enough for me to recommend to others. The restaurant has a great location but presentation, price and taste are not worth the price. Also I have to point out that they have ipads for menu check.
